Without having been part of this sub and from the short time browsing I see some "early vs later" games or "Black Box vs Criterion" rivalry and I don't have to much insight in neither all the games nor the player reception, as I haven't spent much time in NFS other than up to Most Wanted 2005, then trying out the newer Online or Heat or I would choose heat. The game is way better in terms of graphics, handling, story, night system and customization. Only thing that’s i guess different is that nfs 2015 is difficult so if you want a challenge, go for nfs 2015 prestige. I bought every single nfs game since most wanted apart from the shift series and undercover. , this one I’m not buying. 1. Try out NFS: Heat instead, it's kind-of close. Chases aren't quite as crazy and I can't get the modding tools to work, but it's otherwise pretty good. In my experience the other new ones are garbage too, it's only Heat that's decent. Do not try out Most Wanted 2012 if you're after the 2005 experience.
